Great vegan bistro. So far, I haven't been disappointed with any food, be it burger, currywurst or Vöner.

Just great! Super delicious burgers, the vegan bacon was just awesome and such delicious, crispy fries, and the sauces a dream! There was also matcha lemonade and non-alcoholic beer, wonderful! My friends and I were very enthusiastic, nothing is missing and there was a good conscience on top of that, keep it up !!!!

I just love everything here. Ambience, the people and above all the incredibly good food. No matter what, it always tastes great and better than the variants with animal foods! Keep it up!

I am the biggest fan of your vegan "chicken" burger with this ingenious sauce and no matter how critical I am when evaluating food, with you I am in food porn heaven every time. Small vegan burger shop. I had the beyond meat burger and was thrilled, tastes like a real citizen, good combination with sauce, salad, etc. The cheese is also vegan, everything is vegan there.

After 5 years of vegan diet and a lot of traveling and trying things around, I can say that Green Republic has the best vegan burgers I've eaten in Germany so far. The fries are also the best. I worked in the bistro and so I can say from experience that a lot is homemade, the fries are homemade from the tuber, the tiramisu is made with a lot of love and a lot of effort and effort is simply put into the dishes. Absolutely unbeatable in terms of price, even for a vegan restaurant. So a full recommendation for vegans and non-vegans who are in Erfurt.

Absolutely amazing, we’ve been vegan for almost 3 years now and this is genuinely the best vegan burger we had. And the fries are delicious too. We got the chicken cheeseburger and added bacon for 1€. Mindblowing. Mayo was outstanding too and the Greek cheese sample we got was lovely. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Delicious. Was in Erfurt for three days. Ate here twice. Everything absolutely delicious. Super friendly staff. A tiramisu to melt away. What a shame that I have to go back to Hessen.

The shop is very small, so you have to adjust your visit well in time or just order to take away or pick up. The food tasted good, unfortunately it is sometimes not entirely clear what is vegan or vegetarian or whether it is meat. A little pampy is reacted to inquiries. For the curious and inexperienced, a not so pleasant encounter.

The food is delicious and fresh every time. In particular, the sweet potato fries are among the best in my opinion! The selection of food and drinks on offer is large, so there is something for everyone.

Super tasty food, the beyond burger is one of the best ive ever tried, but also the selfmade patties are a real Level up in vegan patties! The staff is really welcoming and helpful, so definitely my favorite Restaurant in Erfurt ??

The burgers are really tasty in taste and the ingredients are well matched. In addition chips from real potatoes, no pressed from the Tk! I am very positively surprised and will definitely come here for future stays in Erfurt!

All vegan, all good!

Soups and some other dishes are only available Monday through Friday. Therefore deducted one point. The sweet potato fries were average. Otherwise a very good range of other dishes.
